Electroplating industry usually have couple of heavy metals in drain such as nickel, chrome 6  and copper with acidic pH.  GI enterprise that is supply chain vendor of Toyota and Honda Pakistan has followed Toyota EHS global standards. The client was given us deadline to meet the discharge standard. NWD (densep) have proposed electro-coagulation unit with pre-treatment to meet the discharge as well as recovery 50% of the low  pH water using RO unit that directly feed to the electroplating line.
